Our studio
A clinic-calm home for steady wellbeing
We started Steadymark on a plain idea, that good wellbeing guidance should feel as trustworthy as a clinic and as easy as a walk in the woods.

Why we exist
Most wellbeing content is either clinical and cold or soft and weightless. We wanted a third thing, warm and grounded, with the structure of a place that knows its craft.
So we keep two promises. Practices stay short enough to actually do, and guidance stays plain enough to actually trust. That is the entire studio in one sentence.
Everything we publish is edited for clarity and checked against research, then stripped of jargon until it reads like advice from a steady friend who happens to know the field.
What we hold to
Four working principles behind every practice and guide.
Plain over polished
If a sentence needs a glossary, we rewrite it. Clarity is the whole point.
Small and keepable
A habit you can hold for a minute beats one you abandon in a week.
Honest by default
Nothing oversold, nothing dramatised. We say when something needs a clinician.
Access first
Guidance and design that work for real bodies, real budgets, and real paperwork.
The people
A small studio, on purpose
Three people who would rather do a few things carefully than many things loudly.

Twelve years in behavioural health, now translating clinical practice into plain daily language.

Builds the 90 second routines and access guides so steady habits fit a real, busy week.

Edits every guide for clarity and accessibility, so guidance reads as easily as a forest walk.
Come build a calmer week
Whether you want a daily check-in or help with access paperwork, we will meet you where you are.
